Using our Email Templates module you can design & personalize all the automated or manual messages you intend to use in day-to-day emails, specific campaigns or special, personalized communication for certain customer segments.
The dashboard of this section displays all your currently existing templates, which can be sorted based on the template name, email type, creation date, author and the date when it was last modified.
To create a new email template simply click to initiate the simple 2-step creation process.
Step 1 – Settings
Define the general settings of your new email template, including its status (active/inactive), name and description.
TIP: You can easily adjust the status of your email templates and their availability for current or future campaigns, by activating/deactivating them through the Status setting.
Our system includes 2 predefined types of email templates: customer confirmation email and lead management email – you will be asked to select one of these templates before proceeding further. These templates can each be associated with a single product, offer/promotion or bundle.

Step 2 – Customize
Populate your email template with the required text, in the language of your choosing (English, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese), in either text or HTML format. Add any vendor tags you may need, from the list of options displayed on the right side of the window. Check your edits and your e-mail’s overall layout at any point throughout the design process, by using the built-in preview function.
