Whereas SaaS monitoring tools are also installed as flexible servers for scaling down, traditional server monitoring isn’t as good at this.

SaaS cloud logging – also known as logging as a Service (LaaS) – collects logs and analysis for cloud-based activity. It also logs and analyzes ongoing activity on the system and applications. There are three types of logs generated by SaaS applications; they include developer logs for traceability, business events visible to customers, and audit logs showing who did what.
