What is Cloud Computing?

Cloud computing involves accessing computing services such as servers, storage, databases, software, analytics, and intelligence through the internet instead of using local servers or personal computers. These services can be accessed on demand, just like utility services.

There are three main forms of cloud computing services: IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service). IaaS provides virtualized computing resources, PaaS offers a platform for application development and management, and SaaS delivers software applications over the internet.

Cloud computing allows companies to adjust their IT resources according to their needs and pay only for what they use, leading to cost savings and improved efficiency. Additionally, employees can access company data and applications from anywhere with an internet connection, enabling remote work and teamwork.
